Welcome to heartrivervintage.com (the "Site"), operated by Heart River Vintage ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, purchasing products from us, or participating in our online sales, you ("Customer," "User," or "You") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order or using our Site. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Site.

1. General Conditions & Website Use

  • By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site, 3D-printed digital designs/files, or website content without express written permission from us.

2. Product Descriptions & Vintage Condition Disclosure

  • Vintage & Antique Items: Most items sold on our Site are pre-owned, antique, vintage, or handmade. As such, they may show signs of age, wear, or minor imperfections. We strive to provide clear descriptions, accurate measurements, and detailed photographs highlighting the condition of each piece.

  • Color Accuracy: We make every effort to display product colors and textures as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device’s display settings.

  • 3D-Printed Accessories: Custom 3D-printed display items (such as bowl stackers and risers) are custom-crafted accessories designed for decorative display purposes. Follow all included care and assembly instructions to ensure proper use.

3. Pricing, Orders, & Live Sale Policies

  • Pricing Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to limit or reject any order placed with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

  • Live Sales & Auctions: Items claimed during live social media sales or timed online events are subject to these same Terms. Invoices issued for live sale purchases must be paid within the timeframe specified during the event (typically 24 hours), or the item(s) may be forfeited and offered to the next buyer.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, package dimensions, and shipping destination selected at checkout.

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address prior to completing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

  • Once a package is handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), shipping times and carrier delays are beyond our control.

5. Refunds, Returns, & Cancellations

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the unique nature of vintage, antique, and custom items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been processed.

  • Damaged Items in Transit: In the event that an item arrives damaged due to postal handling, you must contact us at sarah@heartrivervintage.com within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item, the shipping box, and the outer packaging so we can assist you with a carrier claim.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, images, product descriptions, video content, and 3D-printed accessory designs—is the exclusive property of Heart River Vintage and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heart River Vintage, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site, products purchased from the Site, or delay in delivery.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Dakota, United States.
